Return Policy

Rachel Rose does not offer returns. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order contact us via email.

How many layers are there in the mask?

The masks all include 2 layers of fabric but have a filter pocket, allowing you to add as many extra layers as you’d like.

Is there a pickup option?

Yes! There is a free pickup option at checkout. The location is in Downtown Toronto near the Eaton Center. If you select pickup, you will receive pickup instructions upon the completion of your order!

How long will it take to ship?

Within Ontario, regular shipping takes approximately 2-12 business days and express shipping is approximately 1-8 business days. However, these days may vary depending on COVID delays.
